you can simply do this without using this tool..
steps
right click your shortcut
properties
target "C://ProgramFiles/Warcraft III/FrozenThrone.exe"
add "(space)-opengl" at the end of the line without qoutes,just like this "C://ProgramFiles/Warcraft III/FrozenThrone.exe" -opengl
then apply....ok
other codes to increasr fps
"(space)-swtnl"
"(space)-d3d9"
huge increase fps
click "start"
click "run"
type "regedit"
click the + sign before "hkey_current user"
do the same thing with "software, blizzard entertainment and warcraft III"
then click "video"
double click lockfb and change it from 1 to 0
